Refund policy

Please follow these 3 steps for a successful return & Ensure that the product(s) you wish to return meet the following criteria:

 

  1.  The excise stamp and package must be attached to the defective product
    1. (Based on the new regulations set by the CRA, informing your customers that all returns should be made with the original box will be beneficial).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  2. The RMA return form (download here) must be completed (all sections included) and emailed to customerservice@fyndistro.com
    1. A physical copy of the RMA return form must also be included inside the package with the returns.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
  3. Ship the product(s) to our warehouse for processing.
    1. Send an email with the RMA form and the weight and size of the parcel for return and we will provide you with the return shipping label free of cost.

Upon arrival of your return at our warehouse, we will process the credit to your account within 1-3 business days.

Products returns without the above criteria will not be accepted (No Exceptions)

All products must be shipped back to our warehouse to be considered for return.

Disclaimer: Credit price will be based off your purchase history and they price you paid for the products.
